After buying the lambo my next target was to buy a mansion. As odd as it sounds, I did have a 4 bedroom house at the time which already was too big for me. That said; I never decorated that house as i would not allow my mind to settle there. Not sure why I thought i would need a mansion it was just a target. I never thought about that part. Bought in 2012, It is just shy of 12,000 SqFt, about 50 rooms, 30 acres, 2x lakes, swimming pool etc... In truth, it was never needed and its unlikely i would buy one again unless i have extreme passive income. There was just too much wasted personal expense here that i could of invested smartly elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, there were days i used to wake up with a smile on my face, walk downstairs and have a game of snooker... put my boots on, jump on the quad and zip around the land and between the lakes. However i soon realised a house is just a liability; no matter how big or impressive looking. I am currently selling the house and am going to downsize to the smallest flat i can find so this time i can invest wisely. Hi, i am Stephen Staley. My first company was called GameSeek.
