I built this sub using a 15'' DAYTON DVC 385-88 speaker, a JUNG SD500-6, 500w/4Ω plate amplifier, in a sealed box 104 lit. internal air volume. All parts have been purchased from Parts-Express. Volume calculator software : - AJdesigner, and based on this, internal volume Vb should be 83.5 lit. with Fb @ 36,5 Hz and F3 @ 36.9 Hz. - Parts-Express suggests a 3.5 cu.ft/99 lit. enclosure, with F3 @40 Hz, based on the BassBox software. Material used: mdf (3cm thick) and plywood (3.5cm thick) Test audio clips, start at 3':24''. Tets audio tones at 20,21,22 and 25 Hz, start at 10':35". Videocamera : SANYO HD2000, SONY HDR-AS15.
