This clip is from Monday night's Team FAST training where I am working with Josh Steele on his left switch kick and his transition from the left switch kick to throwing the right cross (as in the second 4-count kickboxing drill from the Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A. -- left switch kick, right cross, left hook, right Thai kick). Although we are kicking to the midsection/rib area for the purposes of this drill, the left switch kick could also be delivered low to the opponent's inner left thigh (or even high to the opponent's neck/head area).
