Stephen Slater's video: The John Muir Way: Scottish Lowlands Coast to Coast

My fourth UK coast to coast trek following on from the Great Glen Way (https://youtu.be/TQsp1U3rrsk), Wainwright’s Coast to Coast Walk (https://youtu.be/UjAJBurvtXw) and the Hadrian's Wall Path (https://youtu.be/THWRjh0keZo). This one goes from Helensburgh on the west coast of Scotland to Dunbar on the east coast. Much of the route is along the Forth & Clyde and Union Canals then the south side of the Firth of Forth.
