Having completed a number of mini fasts (between 2-4 days) over the past month, I feel practiced. Enough for me to undertake an extended 12 day water fast. The fast started 7pm on Monday 28th August (when I completed my final meal). Today is end of day 1 and I'll go for 12 consecutive days.
