Still Livin' the Blues's video: Brian May talking about Stevie Ray Vaughan - one of guitar playing s greatest champions

@Brian May talking about Stevie Ray Vaughan - "...one of guitar playing's greatest champions!"
One artist leans toward the style British-rock opera, while the other is straight up Texas blues. Regardless, both men are one of a kind. Complete originals. Although their styles are very different, I love to listen to both Brian May and Stevie Ray Vaughan play guitar. I can spend hours getting lost in the sound both men make with a guitar in their hands. Stevie mostly played No.1, which was an old beat up Fender Stratocaster. Strat's were what SRV preferred. Brian May, in what seems like could pass for an old blues story, couldn't afford to buy an electric guitar as a kid. So what did he do? May and his father went about building one...and oh what a guitar it is! The Red Special. It was the guitar sound of Queen, and some 50 years after it was built, it's still May's main axe. A while back, Brian May surprised a lot of people by making a Tweet about his fondness of the late, SRV. Let's talk about it... Thanks for listening.
