Still Livin' the Blues's video: Newspaper Clippings Remembering the 1986 Release of the Film Crossroads
@Newspaper Clippings Remembering the 1986 Release of the Film, Crossroads
For fans of the movie, Crossroads.
Awhile back, I went through a number of old (1986) newspapers, looking for articles, pictures, and reviews of the Ralph Macchio/Joe Seneca film. This is what I've found so far. I was a bit surprised at how a lot of the reviews didn't look upon the film favorably... Well, it's still one of MY favorites.
If you are wanting to look closer at an article or picture, the best thing to do is to get the video onto a larger screen (PC, TV), and then pause the video at the article you want to look at. I know a few of the articles will still be impossible to read, but most of them should be big enough to examine. Drop a message on the page and I will get back with you as soon as I can.
The movie Crossroads is one of my all-time favorites. I love this film. I know a lot of other people do also. I'm still hoping that someday, the studio that owns the film will release a special edition packed with deleted scenes, commentary by those involved, alternate ending, and unreleased music. This is a dream of mine....and I hope it happens. IMO, you can't have enough stuff out there in regards to this film!
Thank you for watching! Let me know what you think!
