Still Livin' the Blues's video: Squier Vintage Modified 70s Stratocaster Sweetwater Exclusive Translucent Blue

@Squier Vintage Modified '70s Stratocaster Sweetwater Exclusive Translucent Blue
1:00 with Chorus at each Pickup Selection 3:28 Clean 4:26 with Distortion I really LOVE this Strat. I know it's a Squier, and a lot of folks don't think highly of them...but this guitar, right out of the box, is amazing to play. Everything here is as it came... I am going to make some changes, but the Maple neck, and ash body on this, is GREAT. At some point, I am going to change the tuners...and probably the pickups and electronics. I'm not in a big hurry to do so. The pickups seem to range between find and good. I really like some tones, some are OK. They work...but as much as I want to play this guitar, I am probably going to upgrade them. I demo'd each pickup selection at different points of the video. Any recommendations for good pickups to upgrade my Squier? The tuners aren't bad...but I want something better. Does anyone know of a kind that easily fits on these type of Squiers? Maybe locking tuners??? At the end of the day...this is a great guitar that can do it all.
