Hey guys in todays video my dad and I go out on a quick evening trip. We were able to catch some solid redfish throwing Corky FatBoy's from the boat. As I said in the video I don't really like throwing Paul Brown Corkys from the boat. Wade fishing is best! Here are the other tips you can use in case you wanted to still fish them even when it's windy. -Keep your rod tip down while twitching to avoid slack in line. -Weigh down the lure to allow it to sink faster and get down in the water column. 1) Add finishing nails to the Lure. or 2) Add a split shot weight on your leader. -While anchored cast into the wind. It's a lot easier for the lure to get down while you are working it. Also, it looks natural as the lure sinks going along with the wind driven current.
