Hey guys this was my first fishing trip post freeze and we caught a good one! Never did I expect for my first fish back to be this nice. Even though its not the biggest fish it gives me a lot of hope! If we do the right thing and let the fishery recover it can get back to where it was pre freeze or even better. Also, we got caught in some sketchy conditions. A cold front hit earlier than expected and we had to cross the open bay in high winds. Luckily the Solo Skiff got us back to the launch safely.
