On this week's Taste of Retirement, we're making an easy Mexican dish, carne asada! Now of course, you can't make carne asada without also preparing some guacamole and pico de gallo. This is probably one of the most simple Mexican recipes to make and is loaded with flavor! So, how to make carne asada? Well we begin with marinating and seasoning some skirt steak to really build up the flavor. Then when it comes to grilling skirt steak, you only need around 5 minutes each side so that you can get a nice variance of temperatures from well done to medium rare so that there's some cuts for everybody.
