Strathmore Artist Papers's video: Industrial Design on Toned Blue Paper with Reid Schlegel

Watch as Industrial Designer Reid Schlegel demonstrates his ideation sketching with pens and markers on Strathmore Toned Blue Mixed Media paper. He starts with a series of rough ideas that feed off of each other until he's ready to create his final design. To start the composition of his final rendering, Reid lays down a light under layer sketch using a gray marker until he's happy with the shape. Then he begins base lines with ink, and continues to add details with a mix of markers, ink, colored pencil and white gel pen.
