Secret Beaches in Goa! Do they really exist? We haven't just explored the popular beaches of North Goa, but we rode across its beautiful roads towards the equally amazing and tranquil shores of South Goa, gazed at the houses and chapels as we pass by and of course enjoyed its people. Yes, GOA is really 'Goodtimes On Air'. But we have not found a single secret beach in Goa and even the local people out there are not aware of any such beach. A few parts of the Palolem and Majorda beach may seem like secret beaches as more foreigners hangout there with very little or no Indians. You may also encounter topless foreigners in Goa taking sunbath in such places which may be termed as "Secret Beaches in Goa". Goa's beaches cover about 125 kilometres (78 mi) of its coastline. The beaches are divided into North and South Goa. North Goa is more commercial and touristy with an abundance of mostly low and medium budget tourist accommodations; whereas South Goa is where most high–end hotels and private beaches are located. The Palolem Beach is an exception which features basic accommodation and is one of the most visited beaches in Goa. The further north or south you go, the more isolated the beaches you get. Some of the more popular beaches are Colva, Calangute, Baga and Anjuna. These beaches are lined with shacks that provide fresh sea food and drinks. Some shacks arrange special events to attract more customers. So when are you planning your Goa Trip?
