Hey Guys, This video is for all those women, bachelors, students, working couples who are busy working to earn a living for their family. But we often forget to have breakfast, since it takes time for preparing and everything. So, in this video I have mentioned 3 recipes which you can prepare in no time, are super delicious and you can make them healthy as well by replacing white chickpea with black ones or brown bread instead of white bread. Recipes 1. Chickpea and Peanut Salad Ingredients 1 cup Roasted Peanut 2 cups Boiled Chickpea 1tbsp Desi Ghee/ Clarified Butter 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cucumber 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Tomato 1 cup Finely Chopped Corns 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Paneer Salt to Taste 1/2tbsp Black Pepper 1/2 Lemon 2tbsp Curd Coriander Leaves Directions 1. On a heated pan, add clarified butter, let it heat up and then add peanuts and roast them for 3-4 minutes. 2. In a bowl, add chickpea, roasted peanut, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, corns and paneer. 3. Add salt to taste, and black pepper, you can also add chaat masala, lemon and mix everything well. 4. Now add curd and coriander leaves, mix well and serve. You can add veggies of your choice. 2. Vegetable Curd Sandwich Ingredients 4 Bread Slices 1 Finely Chopped Onion 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum 1 Finely Chopped Carrot 1 Finely Chopped Tomato 2 tbsp Curd 1tbsp Black Pepper Salt to taste Chaat Masala Directions 1. In a bowl, add onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot. 2. To which add, salt to taste, black pepper, chaat masala, curd and mix everything well. 3. Take bread slices, (you can also spread a layer of mint chutney at the bread) spread the mixture on it evenly cover it with another bread, apply butter on both sides and toast it on a pan or grill, serve when it becomes golden brown from both the side. 3. Masala oats Ingredients 2tbsp Oil 1tbsp Cumin seeds 1 Finely Chopped Onion 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli 1 Finely Chopped carrot 1 cup corns 1 cup peas 1 cup Finely Chopped Capsicum Salt To Taste 1tbsp Turmeric Powder 1tbsp Red Chilli Powder. Oats Water 1 Cup Chopped Paneer Coriander Leaves Directions 1. In a wok, add oil, to which add jeera or cumin seeds, which they start turning slightly light add onion, saute them and add green chillies. 2. Now add corn, carrot, and peas, saute them for 2-3 minutes and then add capsicum, salt, red chlli powder and turmeric, mix well, cover the wok with the lid and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. 3. Once its done, add oats, mix them in the masala really well, and then add water, (ration of oats and water is 1: 2, if oats are 1 cup add 2 cups of water), mix it, cover the lid and let it cook until water is absorbed and oats and cooked. 4. Add paneer, coriander leaves, mix them and serve.
