Welcome to my channel 'Study King' What is HTET? HTET or Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Haryana (BSEH), is an eligibility test for teachers. HTET is held for different levels of teacher recruitment such as Primary Teacher (PT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in schools run by Haryana State Government. After qualifying the written test, candidates will receive a TET certificate which will remain valid for a period of seven years, earlier it was five years. The change has been made after a recent amendment by the state government. Candidates can apply for the vacancies released by BSEH after obtaining HTET certificate. In this article, we have tried a provide a detailed overview of HTET 2020 and other exam related events. HTET 2020 Exam Highlights Exam Name - HTET (Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test) Conducting Body - Board of Secondary Education – Haryana (BSEH) Exam Duration - Two and a half hours Language - Bilingual (English and Hindi) Exam Fees - Level 1: Rs 1000 Level 1+ Level 2: Rs 1800 Level 1+ Level 2+ Level 3: Rs 2400 Exam Purpose - To recruit Primary teachers, Trained Graduate Teachers and Post Graduate Teachers Exam Helpdesk No.- 1800-180-4171 Exam Website - www.bseh.org.in HTET 2020 Selection Process HTET selection process involves the stages mentioned below: HTET online application: candidates willing to apply for HTET need to apply for the exam online. Candidates can select the levels as per their preference and eligibility. HTET admit card: HTET admit card will be released one week before the exam. Admit card for level 1, 2 and 3 will be released separately on the official website of HTET exam. HTET written test: HTET written exam will have three papers, Paper - I, Paper- II and Paper - III. Paper - I is for Primary Teachers (Classes I - V), Paper - II is for Trained Graduate Teachers - TGT (Class VI -VIII) and Paper – III is for Post Graduate Teacher (class IX – XII).
