To create dried citrus: Slice citrus and remove seeds Place on a lined tray Bake on the lowest possible fan forced temperature for around 3 hours (until no longer sticky) Turn every 40 min or so. To dry pinecones to use for crafts: Wash well in vinegar water Place on a lined tray and bake at a low, fan forced temp until the pinecones are completely dry. (They will close during the baking process and open again once cool) Wait until they open again before using or they pop off as they open!
