Join my family and I as we enjoy our Easter Saturday here in New Zealand, the first weekend of the girls 2 week Easter school holiday break. We make use of frozen berries to make a berry compote to enjoy with filling, yoghurt breakfast bowls. We snack, shop and paint river bed stones to leave in the forest for others to stumble across on their walks - do other towns/countries do this!?
