The Ultimate Guide to Intermittent Fasting: How to do it for your lifestyle | fat loss | muscle gain. Today we are talking all about intermittent fasting and more specifically how you can do it to vastly improve your results when it comes to fat loss, weight loss, muscle gain, and even lifestyle. Intermittent fasting has been around for centuries and has just within the past 4-5 years come back into prominence. This is honestly with good reason as research shows that intermittent fasting is great in most areas. Intermittent fasting has been shown to boost HGH, decrease inflammation, assist in caloric restriction, benefit those who with diabetes, prevent cancer, alzheimers, and much more. The reason why I personally started doing it, is that it made eating in a caloric deficit easy, effortless, and enjoyable for me. IF you can stick to your fitness plan, then it is a good one for you. Combining IF with OLP was truly the only thing that I could ever find that worked for me and all of the people I have trained.
