No BOV/BPV? No problem! Well, Hopefully anyways lol! I fabbed up some block off plates & wedged them between my BPV flanges to force the positive air pressure in the intercooler piping to go back out the turbo. This is what's causing the fluttering noise. Now there's a lot of debate whether or not this hurts the turbo. There's plenty of 80s & 90s vehicles that came without BOVs from factory, turbo diesels that don't have them & even race cars. So I guess time will tell whether or not this ends up hurting my turbo. Do your research & form your own opinion before doing this mod.
