On June 12, the Ontario government allowed more personal service businesses to able to re-open in most regions of the province, including hair and beauty salons. Like many other Ontarians, Elma Daoust was excited to ditch her overgrown hairdo after hearing the news that her hairstylist was back in business. But Daoust's fresh new haircut wasn't the only change.
