Amidst COVID-19 lockdown in India, Indian Railways and Konkan Railway running Parcel Special Trains to transport essential commodities including fruits, vegetables, milk, dairy products, seeds for agriculture purpose and different other goods between various parts of India. I spotted one such Parcel Special Train in Udupi during 1 week of June. Far away from its home, loco named ‘Prabal’ accelerating with a High Capacity Parcel Special Train (HCPV) towards Madgaon. Locomotive: WDG3A 13416 ‘Prabal’ from Lucknow (LKO) diesel loco shed, Northern Railway (NR).
