Dr Emily Kogos the Uasin Gishu county nominee for ICT ,Trade and industrialization wants to set up a county radio station as a means passing information to majority of residents .She also wants to automate all revenue collection in the county . She was responding to questions from members of the county assembly during her vetting . Hon Speaker David Kiplagat who chaired the vetting asked Dr Kogos what innovation she will use to improve trade and ICT services . Dr Kogos is a Moi University Don who unsuccessfully vied for women rep position. Vetting ends tommorow with three remaining nominees after vetting of 7 .
