Originally I had as music "Over the Rainbow". Unfortunately, it was deactivated. Today, Aug 26th 2009, 6.15 p.m., my little budgerigar Fipsi died. In loving memory of Fipsi my budgerigar My dear Fipsi! Today I have let you go. Three days ago I noticed that it did not go well to you. You could not give weight on your right foot and I thought of a small injury. I took you from the aviary and gave you in a normal cage, so that you had rest from your friends and could recover. Also the doctor who came said nothing else. Today early in the morning you have laid on the ground of the cage and could hardly move. We went with you in the animal hospital where one still gave us small hope. But in the afternoon it went for you worse and worse and we went once again in the clinic. The doctor gave us several more options, nevertheless, you would have had no more chance. The last possibility one gave us, let you put to sleep and to release you from your strong tortures and death pangs. I released you. Fly, my small Fipsi, fly to the rainbowland. You will always be in my heart.
