What was once a dream became a reality when Woolley’s MeatShop opened for business in November 2020 in Belle, Mo. Owners Jonathan and Lisa Woolley are excited to carry on this family tradition. Woolley’s MeatShop offers whole-animal butchery, which was once high in demand before supermarkets began selling pre-packaged meats. The business proudly supports local farmers and ranchers who rase some of the most well-treated and bred animals across the country. With whole-animal butchery, customers know exactly how and where their meat was raised and can customize their orders to suit their needs. Customers can rest assured when they leave their livestock or wild game with the Woolley’s, they know they will get all of their own meat, processed to their specifications.
