Тот же самый Joe and Mac, только с Марио в качестве главного героя. На этом пиратском взломе почему -то нет тех графических неисправностей, присущих оригинальному варианту игры на пиратских картриджах, что можно даже записать в плюс этой версии, как и тот факт, что в игру щедро добавили целых 9 жизней вместо оригинальных 3. В конце поленились даже имя героя изменить на нужного, и убрать пещерного человека с финальной надписи.
