Captain America, also known as Steve Rogers, is a superhero character created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby in 1941 for Marvel Comics. He is a patriotic symbol of America and the embodiment of bravery and selflessness. Rogers was originally a scrawny young man who was transformed into a super-soldier through a secret experiment during World War II. He became a founding member of the Avengers and has been a prominent figure in the Marvel Universe ever since. Adamantium is a fictional metal alloy in the Marvel Comics Universe. It was created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Barry Windsor-Smith and first appeared in Avengers in 1969. Adamantium is virtually indestructible and is best known for being bonded to the skeleton of the mutant superhero Wolverine, giving him his signature adamantium claws. The creation and use of Adamantium is often a key plot point in various Marvel storylines. The X-Men are a team of mutant superheroes created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby in 1963 for Marvel Comics. They are a group of individuals born with genetic mutations that give them unique superhuman abilities. The X-Men are led by Professor Charles Xavier, a powerful telepath who runs a school for young mutants. The team has faced numerous threats over the years, including anti-mutant prejudice, villainous mutants, and powerful cosmic entities. The X-Men have become one of Marvel’s most popular and enduring franchises, spawning numerous comic book series, films, and television shows.
