SurvivalistGardener's video: Ducks vs Chicken Eggs

@Ducks vs Chicken Eggs
If you have ever wondered what the difference is between duck and chicken eggs, seeing is believing. We have Rhode Island Red Chickens, which lay extra large chicken eggs... But the size of the chicken eggs is no comparison the the size of the duck eggs. Duck eggs are larger and provide more protein per egg. And they taste pretty much the same. (The duck eggs are a bit richer.) I own Khaki Campbell ducks which are the most prolific egg laying fowl in the world, since they lay 320 eggs/ duck/ year. That's almost and egg a day for each duck. Since egg is the perfect protein, having these ducks is a great way to provide food for yourself and your family, whether you are a prepper or homesteader. The ducks don't take up much space and feed themselves by eating bugs in my garden. The ducks don't scratch up roots like chickens and they turn bugs into protein for me and my family, while protecting my garden plants.
