This was a weird glitch. I died at the exact same moment Grim's Final Phase was triggered. I couldnt do *anything*. No amount of button mashing did anything!! I think there was a programming glitch where once I triggered Grim's final phase, it still thought I was alive. OR INSTEAD it couldnt run the death screen command since it was running the phase transition command. Who knows? (I didnt realize the music was that loud, so if you cant hear my voice in the video, dont worry about it. It's just me being confused & a bit frustrated. No biggie.)
