Survive on Rations I decided to join my two different video series into one to save time and to make them more quality. I started zombie prep and the 40 day fast on the same day. The 40 day fast is phase 1 of the zombie prep. I am starting out with point 5 on my list by training myself to fast for 40 days. Diet: For the first 40 days I am fasting on Snake Juice as talked about by Cole Robinson. I am starting with the 5th thing you need to know to survive. Like Yoga and light cardio and bodyweight exercises. I received my at home mini treadmill on 4/7. After this first phase of basics I will start the more intense zombie prep training once I've dropped some fat. I did an initial fitness test for pushups and situps, since I can't run outside to test the running portion and I will put those initial numbers here. I think I did 4 pushups and 8 situps.
