The stickier the rice the better. - Let ferment for upto 24 hours at room temperature. - Fermentation in rice helps with formation of good bacteria. - After 24 hours, the rice swells double its rice and has a peculiar odour. - Grind this rice along with the fermented water. Please don’t throw the fermented water. - Strain the ground rice and what you get is Rice Milk protein. - Add 1/4 cup of thick coconut cream. - 1/4 cup of Flaxseed gel. I have shared the recipe of preparing flaxseed gel at home already. - 4-5 vitamin- E capsules. - Stir till smooth and creamy. - Apply on clean and damp hair. - Hair masks and spa treatments don’t work on dirty greasy hair. - Cover the hair length with rice spa cream and let remain for 30 minutes. steam if you can. - Rinse with plain water . Or if the hair feels sticky then use a mild shampoo and conditioner.
