Suvarna Nalapat's video: Bhagavad Gita Sl 57 58 ch 2

@Bhagavad Gita Sl 57 58 ch 2
The signs of a sthithaprajna continues. Equality is his hallmark. He has no difference between class, caste, gender since he knows that God dwells in all, even in animals and birds, plants etc. The jnani has become sthithaprajna , when he can withdraw sense organs like a tortoise does . To control senses may seem difficult , but for a Yogin it is easy. He avoids sangam with vishaya.(Pratyahara in Pathanjali yoga).One who is fixed in Budhiyoga is called Koormabudhi.
