Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Thursday (17 February) inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 51 National Highway projects of total length 1,380 km, with an investment of Rs 21,559 crore, in Andhra Pradesh's Vijayawada.
