Alcoholic family members can be difficult to deal with and feel almost impossible. Some individuals can tolerate alcohol while others cannot. Alcoholic family members may also struggle with undetected or poorly treated mental health challenges. Trying to make life work with an alcoholic family member will require much of your strength and patience.
