The war on Russia is burdening to me (and perhaps many others) who are staying close to the news or people they know in Ukraine. Russia has assaulted the Ukrainian people and it has burdened my heart. I am usually the kind of person who copes well with these things. However, not only are we staring at one of the worst attacks on humans since World War II, but we are also looking at a psychopath sitting at the wheel engaging in destructive attacks on unsuspecting and vulnerable people. Could we be next? Collective Trauma is the experience of feeling traumatized by a major event that involves numbers of people. An incident like World War II and the attach on Russia (as well as all of the news reports) can cause collective trauma. I will be talking about this TONIGHT LIVE.
