In this episode, discussion focuses on the many changes we have had to accept and cope with in 2020 as well as the grief and loss we may have also experienced this year. Healing takes time and requires us to accept the pain, go through the pain, and then restructure our perspective of the pain during the healing process. This healing process may feel like we're walking down a very long road to get to it. And, for most of us, it is.
