Whenever you hear a song of mine, it's not unlikely that what you're hearing is the 3rd or 4th iteration of that track. I've said before that 75% of what I make never actually gets heard, but I've come to realize that that is incorrect. Really, it's more like 85-90% of what I make is never released, and a good amount of it, like maybe that original 75%, will never see the light of day. But it's no secret that I tend to go back and revisit old themes and sounds and end up reusing a lot of things throughout my discography. Sometimes I do so but nobody would ever even know it, because they're from old projects that were never heard outside of my own headphones. Being able to build a repository of my own sounds and musical ideas and constantly pull from that pool of stuff has been a big part of my creative processes as of recent years, and I thought maybe it'd be nice to share a bit of that with everyone here, as I know a lot of the people listening to my music are into music production themselves So here this is.
