Cook for 30-40 minutes on 200•C turning halfway. —————————————————————————————————- Jerk Alfredo Pasta 300 pasta boiled in 1 tsp salt and 3-4 cups water for 7 minutes 1 mini red, green and orange pepper 1-2 garlic cloves 1/2 medium onion 1 tbsp Kerry gold butter 1 1/2 cup double cream or heavy cream, or half and half 1 tsp salt, black pepper and old bay 1-2 cups spinach (optional) 1 tsp jerk seasoning (can use mild or spicy) 1/2 cup mature cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice except not Parmesan) Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide.
