THEPHDEFENSE's video: Philippine and US Marines Conduct Bilateral Amphibious Operations during Balikatan 23

During Balikatan 23, the 3d Reconnaissance Battalion of the 3d Marine Division of the United States Marines and the Philippine Marines collaborated in conducting bilateral amphibious operations and insertion at Marine Base Gregorio Lim. This exercise is part of a three-week training program focused on developing skills related to amphibious operations, command and control, urban operations, counterterrorism, and humanitarian assistance across northern and western Luzon in the Philippines. The training highlights coastal defense, which is an essential component of the Balikatan 23 training program. By working together, the Philippine and US Marines can enhance their capabilities, share knowledge, and better understand each other's military tactics and techniques.
