The car can often get caught up in local accidents or road incidents. While mapping New Zealand, the Google car ended up being stuck on a large road. In front of the car is a man on a small tractor, followed by two dogs behind him. The images, taken in 2, revealed a rather unusual roadblock. In front of the driver was a huge herd of sheep blocking the way.  Related articles Street View captures THIS hilarious roadblock reveals man surrounded by THIS at dumpster bins  The wide two-lane road was completely covered with hundreds of sheep. They appear to be ambling up the road and many more can be spotted in the distance. There is no room to drive around them as the man and his dogs appear to be herding them. Sheep in New Zealand outnumber the locals, with just four million people to 3 million sheep. It is one of the significant industries in the country, which has the highest density of the animals in the world. : The weird and wonderful things caught on camera Fri, October 6, 27 : The funniest things caught on Street View. of : The weird and wonderful things caught on camera  It isn’t the only time a Google car was stuck behind some sheep. Spotted again in New Zealand, the car attempted to drive down a two-lane road. In the distance, a huge queue of traffic can be seen also stuck. Between the Google car and the traffic is a huge herd of sheep blocking the road. A man appears to be trying to get them out of the way as he jumps out of his van.   Sheep have even been used by Google to map difficult-to-reach areas. The Faroe Islands were mapped for the first time thanks to using the animals to explore the region. Called Sheep View, the islands, found between Iceland and Norway, could finally be seen online. The sheep easily traverse mountains and cliff edges while hooked up with the cameras mounted on them. Guðrið Højgaard, Director of Visit Faroe Islands, reacted by saying: “We’re so thrilled that we succeeded in getting Google Street View to come to the Faroe Islands by creating our own Sheep View."
