I show you how you can get the Phoenix in single player. You can only find them on Scorched Earth during a heat even. It is really hard to tame one of these so this is a easier way to get one. I am not sure if it will work on non-dedicated servers. It for sure will not work on dedicated servers. All you have to do is use the admin Command bar under options.
