Marvin Washington @mwash52, is an ex-football star who played more than 10 years in the NFL. He won a Super Bowl ring with the Denver Broncos and also played with the 49ers and the Jets. Now he spends his time advocating for cannabis use not only in the NFL but EVERYWHERE. Marvin thinks that cannabis should be legal in all 50 states and should definitely be decriminalized. His beliefs are so strong that he is suing the federal government over the fact that cannabis is a schedule 1 drug forced in that classification by the Nixon administration during the passing of the Controlled Substance Act. Along with his other plaintiffs, 3 cannabis dependent patients, 2 small children and a PTSD stricken veteran they are trying to overturn this very old law that started the War on Drugs and was really aimed at the African American communities and anti-Viet Nam war protesters.
