I'm just glad to see this kind of innocent/orchestral sound again cuz I truly missed this sound this year... Anyway, I didn't really know what mashup to do with the song, so, I've decided to do a quick mashup that popped up in my mind with GFRIEND's 'Rough' because 'Hug U' gives me early GFRIEND vibes and both songs are almost on the same key and bpm! I think the 'Rough' instrumental really gives a winter vibe to 'Hug U' haha! Anyway, I didn't do a real mashup with this song because I couldn't find an idea with songs I didn't use yet. I only had ideas with songs I previously worked on like APINK's 'Five', Lovelyz's Destiny', and April's 'April Story' and I just don't like to re-use the same songs (tho there are exceptions lol). Anyway, if a future song has vibes that I can work with 'Hug U', I might do a real mashup with it!
