To be honest, I was a bit worried when I saw the teasers, cuz I knew they would go to that tropical genre that is trending nowadays and that I am a bit tired of... BUT!!! They really managed to surprise me with some interesting sounds and parts in the song!!! I love that piano pre-chorus so much tbh!!! Also, the chorus is catchy and they play it short enough for it too not become repetitive so this is really a summer bop! GFRIEND never disappoints! And I can't forget about how this mature concept is fitting them so well and they all look gorgeous! I'm so glad they had so many wins so far with this song :D Anyway, I wanted to do a mashup with "Fever", but I didn't really know what songs to mash the song with... So, I just played with songs that were in the same range of bpm and keys like "Bloom Bloom" by The Boyz (cuz I love this song too) and other many songs I wanted to use in mashups! And then, I saw that so many instrumentals from the GFRIEND 'Time For Us' album were released and just thought of using 'Truly Love' since I felt it was similar to 'Fever' a bit. And I wasn't wrong as not only their structure is similar, but they have the same key and almost the same bpm XDD. Anyway, they are a really good match together! I hope you'll like this mashup as I've put some efforts with trying to use different sounds in the background together!
