From our Friends at Hyrox: ELLIOTT is a pure bodyweight workout that combines Burpees and Running. Round 1 starts with 10 Burpees followed by 400m running, Round 2 follows with 9 Burpees and 400m running, Round 3 then with 8 Burpees and 400m running and so on. Subtract 1 Burpee per round and continue this pattern until you have reached 1. The time cap for ELLIOTT is 35 minutes. Scaling: You can scale ELLIOTT by decreasing the running distances by half.
