Andrea Bettinelli è un grande del salto in alto non solo per l'altezza del suo fisico ma soprattutto per i suoi primati, titoli e campionati internazionali vissuti da protagonista. Campione nazionale, primatista italiano, presente nelle grandi manifestazioni dal 2002 al 2011, olimpionico a Pechino. Ora che a 38 anni ha smesso con la grande atletica, ma continua ancora a saltare (per l'Atletica Bergamo), è arrivato il momento di fare un bilancio della sua carriera sportiva e umana.
