Böylelikle; 1-) Twitter ve diğer mecralarca birbirine küfür ve hakaret edenler direkt 3 yıla kadar hapis cezası alacak. 2-) Maçlarda meşale yakana,6 aydan 2 yıla kadar hapis. 3-) Karaborsa satış yapana, 6 aydan 1 yıla kadar hapis.
