É comum ouvir as pessoas reclamando dos atrasos dos ônibus circulares em Pouso Alegre, da qualidade do serviço prestado pela empresa Princesa do Sul e da falta de infraestrutura do terminal de ônibus urbano da cidade. Mas, essas reclamações podem estar perto do fim, já que o Poder Executivo encaminhou a Câmara dos Vereadores um Projeto de Lei que prevê uma serie de melhorias no serviço de transporte público do município para melhor atender a população.
