Lou calls Laura a twat, Laura files a grievance with the FDNY, and as punishment and for ass-covering purposes, the FDNY makes the whole crew take "sensitivity training." I think these clips aged well and are possibly more relevant today, in 2021, than in 2005, when they aired with all the, shall we say, over-sensitivity and there is a good lesson to be learned: ball-busting should be equally distributed among both sexes and guys can be "twats" too.
