Electrification of this small section of 8 Kms was completed recently. Towards Siliguri, NGC WDP-4D was incharge and in the reverse direction HWH WAP-7 took charge of the CRS Inspection Special which was the ultimate purpose and it was done late in the evening between Siliguri and New Jalpaiguri. The inspection was successful and further information is awaited.
