Light Pastel Soft Paint by Tabby Light Pastel Soft Paint by Tabby 01:16:2016 I like to work in Layers, for this tutorial. You will Need PSP Artistic Filer Sephia Toning, PSP Automatic Color Balance, Flaming Pear Aetherize, NameSupressed Softner (hardlight), Lucis Art 1. Copy Avi into New Blank Image 2. Lucis 40, Second Button (circle) 3. COPY Paste, PSP Artistic Effect Sephia Toning 45 4. Paste As New Layer (the lucis copy) PSP Automatic Color Balance, Strength 42, UNCHECK Color Cast, Illuminant Temp 9220, Cooler Blue 9300K. 5. On the Top Layer (blue tone one), erase the blue-ish skin, so it can show thru. 6. Copy Merge, Paste as new layer. 7. Add a New Raster Layer, blend mode "color legacy" and choose a color to color the lips, the hair, accessories and so forth. 8. Copy Merge, Paste as New Layer, add Aetherize. For this particular paint I will be using: blur 46, Hues 45, colorize 0, haze 49, Dreaminess 7, Glue Normal. All other paints vary. 9. Add a background that matches your color scheme. 10. Copy Merge, Paste as New Layer, add Name Supressed Softner, Hardlight 20. 60. Hardlight, Check. (number settings vary from paint to paint) 11. OPTIONAL: If its too Colored for you, Copy Merge, Paste as New Layer, XERO GreyTinter 228. 0. 0. 0. 12. Tag and your done. Ofcourse you can tweak this per your liking.
